Employees had sex in the cars, did burnouts/sped/crashed in inventory on Test Drives, installed batteries backwards and made vehicles catch fire, high dollar inventory was lost when parked at the airport for business trips, I was paid less than my male counterparts in the same position as me (and hired after me), my management never left their office and feigned "importance" by staying on their computers and checking slack all day. Frustrating to work for, watched people get hired only to get laid off months later, lack of communication between corporate to leads to us lowly hourly employees, as the company went under they altered their Points system (treated like a child) for employees to accrue points faster or even just for using PTO, the 2023 handbook switched us over to At Will employees and I saw 80% of my department laid off immediately.
